Pearl Harbor

"Pearl Harbor" is known as the lagoon harbor on the Hawaiian island of Oahu, that was attacked by Japan on December 7th, 1941 which also meant the entrance of the United States into WWII.

On the official "Pearl Harbor Tour Site" you can find various offers. You can start your tour from Oahu, Maui, , Big Island, Kauai or choose one of the "Combo Pearl Harbor Tours".

All of the tours take you to USS Arizona Memorial and Pearl Harbor´s Visitor Center where you will find a number of exhibits, displays, memorials, and museums honoring not only the 1,177 victims of the Japanese attacks, but all of those who bravely served in World War II.

Pearl Harbor Tours are combined with many of the top sites around the island of Oahu, including the world famous surf beaches of North Shore Oahu, the Polynesian Cultural Center, and a driving tour through downtown Honolulu's historic district.

Inter-island tours from the Big Island, Maui, and Kauai allow visitors to Oahu's neighbor islands to experience Pearl Harbor's Museums -- including the USS Arizona Memorial, USS Bowfin Submarine, USS Missouri Battleship, and the Pacific Aviation Museum -- while enjoying an island-hopping trip to the most visited island in Hawaii.

The website not only provides information about the history and circumstances of the attack, but also contains a list of all the "heroes".
